Raspberry flavoured rice ice cream recipe
- 500 ml rice drink
- 80 g of xylitol
- 0,5 teaspoons of vanilla aroma
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 500 g of raspberries
Heat up the rice drink so that it doesnt boil. Add the yolks and egg to a bowl and mix thoroughly until a foam forms. Pour the warm drink into the bowl with the foam and keep mixing. Pour everything into a pot, add previously blended raspberries and boil everything until it thickens (constantly mixing). When the mass thickens, leave it to cool down. After cooling mix thoroughly, put into molds and leave in the freezer for 30 minutes. Carefully put sticks into the ice cream and put back in the freezer until completely frozen.
