Instructions: 1. Pour the coconut cream and soy drink into a bowl. Add honey/agave syrup, chia seeds and vanilla sugar. Mix thoroughly until combined. Leave in the fridge for the night or until the chia seeds absorb part of the liquid. If too thick, add milk and mix until desired thickness is achieved. 2. Pour into glasses (about 3/4 the ways up). Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. 3. In the meantime roast the muesli/cereal in a hot pan. 4. Fill the rest of the glasses with the roasted cereal.
5. Add fruits.
