Reducing diet

A reducing diet is a complete opposite of all miracle diets. It's main goal is lowering the calorie count of your everyday menu by 500-1000 kcal below the daily energy requirement. The exact amount of calories by which you should lower your daily count is determined by your body mass. The reducing diet is based on the rules of healthyeating andis more of a lifestyle.


Low GI diet

The glycemic diet is mainly based on the rules of the glycemic index (GI). It takes into account the glycemic load, which is a combination of the glycemic index and the amount of carbohydrates present in food.


Vegan diet

Vegsnism is one of the forms of vegetarianism, which assumes ruling out meat and animal-based products from the menu, including eggs and dairy.


Gluten-free diet

A gluten-free diet is among the most difficult to maintain and realize. It's based on completely eliminating all products containing gluten. Even though that change seems very troublesome, it's not a problem...
