Apple vinegar

Apple vinegar contains a lot of valuable minerals: calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphor and sodium. Apart from that, it contains A, C and B vitamins. It's characterised by the presence of many acids, such as malic, citric and propionic acids. Combined with spices it's often used to emphasize the daste of many dishes. It's often added to salads, sauces or oriental dishes. Most often its drank after previously diluting with water.
